Peels

We offer a variety of chemical peels to remove the surface layers of skin to improve skin texture, pigment irregularities, fine lines and acne breakouts. Chemical peels work by causing micro damage to the skin surface which heals with new collagen production. A series of chemical peels can improve skin texture, superficial pigment irregularities, fine lines, pores and break outs. There is two to four days of downtime depending on the peel. the type of chemical peel is selected based on your skin type and needs.

Medium peels penetrate the skin more deeply than superficial peels and cause a second-degree burn of the skin. Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) is the main peeling agent used for medium peels, though the peel may also be done in several steps using a different chemical solution followed by TCA.
